I offer a 12-week package with a specific goal at the end of this timeframe. The workouts are customised via an app so that you can easily use it and the exercise demonstrations will appear making it easy to follow.

Do you provide meal plans or nutritional advice alongside your fitness coaching?

Yes, this will be done via the app provided ensuring these are tailored to you reaching your goal at the end of the 12 weeks. I am also qualified in Level 4 Nutrition For Weight Management and Athletic Performance, meaning you will have specifically designated meal plans to help you achieve your goals.

Do I need to be available at a certain time?
